RUT950 Mobile Connection Guide

Are you having problems getting your Teltonika RUT950 4G Router to connect to the 3G/4G mobile network?

The following video shows you what you need to be looking for in the RUT950 web admin to determine the possible reason for your router not connecting to the 4G network.

The first thing to check is that the router can see the SIM and the mobile network and that you have a good signal strength.

Then you need to check you have the correct APN and for the purposes of connection testing, disable the ping reboot feature.  It might also be worthwhile to reset the factory default settings and only make changes to the APN settings to ensure that no other configuration change may be causing the problem.
